New TRIO Salmon Skinning Machines

With a new focuson yield saving and recovery of valuable products the new range of Trio SalmonSkinning machines provide a new dimension on getting the most out of a fillet.

 

The new Trio FDS2000 and 3000 models can now be equipped with a second skinning knife tobasically skin the layer of valuable meat that is lost when deep skinning witha traditional skinning machine.

 

The first knifeperforms the deep skinning cut but the skin is still firmly held in place onthe refrigerated drum when the second skinning knife recovers a complete sideof thin and very valuable meat from the skin.

 

The result is youare left with not one but two valuable products, the filet and a slice ofcomplete, undamaged dark meat.

 


 

The Trio SkinningPrinciple is widely recognized as the most gentle way to skin fish and the newTrio FDS 2000 and 3000 models have an added benefit of feeding over the top ofthe drum, skin side down and neck first if necessary. This gives maximumflexibility if you are transferring the fillets directly from a conveyor aspart of the line.
