New Trio FTC ErgoFresh Pinboner

TRIO FTC Sweden ErgoFresh

Trio FTC Ergo Fresh Pinboner has been developed to remove pin bones in fresh
fillets without breaking the bones.

Salmon and trout fillets are usually pin boned several days after slaughtering; post
rigor and when the connections to the muscle are weaker. Trio FTC has developed
a system in this new pin boner for controlling the pulling power and speed to avoid
breaking bones that are firmly attached to the fish muscle. The FTC Ergo Fresh makes
it possible to pin bone fillets earlier, before rigor sets in and sooner after rigor.mortis.

New FTC Ergo Fresh Pin Boner
The new pin boner is equipped with a new automatic control for the pulling power and
speed in order to avoid broken pin bones. The pin boner is developed on the basis of
the successful FTC Ergo-Light Pin Bone Remover which has been sold all over the
world for more than 20 years.

· Unique mechanical pulling action which gently removes pin bones from both fresh
and defrosted fillets. When the pin boner meets a bone that is firmly attached to
the muscle the speed is reduced to avoid breaking the bone.
· The FTC Ergo Fresh Pinboner is air powered and has been developed and tested
to meet even the harshest working conditions.

FTC Ergo Fresh Pinboner in automated pin boning line
The FTC Ergo Fresh Pinboner can be used for neck bones and pin bones left in the
fillet after automatic pin boning. The FTC Ergo Fresh will have a higher productivity
than pliers.
