High Capacity Filtration System for Waste Water

FiltraCon A5+ A5B  is a new filtration system for INDUSTRIAL WASTE WATER where there is a requirement to remove HIGH SOLID CONTENT.

The system includes two filter belt one on top of each other. The upper one is our standard module A5 with a filter area of 4,2 m2 and a filtration level of 1000 micron. Directly below is a second filter with a filterbelt area 6m2 m2 with filtration at 100 micron.

The unit is a standard FiltraCon© Modular System and is supplied as a stand along unit for immediate installation and running.

The systems includes:

Fully Automatic Control Unit ( Stainless Steel Cabinet ) with both Manual and Automatic Control

Freqency Converter for each Filter belt

By- Product pump System for removal of the solid materials from both filter belts.

Level Control and Pump system for emptying of buffer tank under the filter belts ( Tank Volume Approx. 6 m3)

Application : Everywhere in the Food Industry for PRE TREATMENT of WASTE WATER  with high solid content .

We have supplied systems where we were able to reduce the COD and S/S have by over 60 %.
