The F 189 PLC is a computer controlled filleting machine that is built on a solid foundation of the highly respected and trusted Baader 189 filleting machine. The objective is to produce a filleting machine that will ensure higher yield, increased throughput with less deterioration of quality than that of the original machine. This is done by redesigning tools and guides thus introducing and inserting specially designed computer controlled motors to move the tools according to each species as well as fish size.
Maintenance is getting easier than before since mechanically controlled points are much fewer.
